Environmental & Solid Waste Engineering

  • Brownfields & MCP
    We specialize in providing environmental engineering and Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) support for clients throughout New England. Our Licensed Site Professional (LSP) subconsultant has the industry knowledge to achieve your goals at a realistic budget. We provide project support ranging from due diligence and investigation to design and remedial construction and closeout. BEC supports both private and public industry regularly with difficult to manage materials (wastes) and MCP MassDEP compliance.
  • Solid Waste Management
    BEC has designed, permitted, constructed and closed out many solid waste landfills across New England. Additionally, we have operated and maintained active landfills in New England on behalf of our clients. Our experience includes modified capping systems, gas collection and treatment systems including flare systems, mining and reclamation. Additionally, we have had success in post closure permitting uses including solar arrays, transfer stations, and staging yards for Public Works. We also offer post closure environmental complete management including sampling, third party inspections, mowing and repairs.
